How do I borrow items for my event?

Start by choosing the items you want to borrow, update the desired quantity, and add them to your List. When your List is complete, provide your event information and click “Submit My List”. Once we receive your list of items and desired date, we will provide a detailed proposal for your event. It’s that easy!

Can I purchase items to own instead of borrow?

Although we are happy you found decor you love, items are not available for purchase. Since other clients have their hearts set on borrowing specific items as well, we want to provide everyone with the opportunity to create their dream decor.

What is an item breaks or is damaged?

Some items in our inventory are one of a kind, antique or vintage, and difficult or impossible to replace. Since other clients may have these items reserved for future dates, we ask that you do your best to take good care of them. However, we understand that accidents happen! If an item is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work on repairs or a replacement.

Applicable replacement costs may vary by item, and will be specifically outlined in the rental agreement and discussed with the client prior to delivery to avoid any surprises.


Where do you deliver, and how much does delivery cost?

We currently deliver to Maryland, Washington, D.C., parts of Pennsylvania and Virginia. There is a $50 delivery fee for events within 15 miles of our Baltimore location. Outside this radius, delivery fees will vary as described below. Delivery fee includes order delivery and pickup at your event venue or desired location. Specific delivery costs may vary depending on location and items borrowed, will be presented in your original proposal, and confirmed 14 days prior to your event date.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Of course! We know these decisions can be tough, and circumstances change. Although the original deposit is non-refundable, we are happy to cancel your items if notified 60 days or more before your event date. Orders cancelled within 60 days of the event date are partially refundable. We are unfortunately not able to offer a refund on any orders cancelled within 14 days of your event.

Do you have a minimum guest count or purchase amount to service an event?

We are happy to help you design your perfect table whether you are hosting 25 or 250 people. We cater to parties, showers, holiday events, weddings, and more. If you have specific questions regarding your event details, please feel free to send us a message!
